Zerith LLC ("Zerith," "we," "us," or "our") operates the laobai.dev Service from the United States and is subject to U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Because the Service routes requests to third-party upstream AI providers, availability in a given country or region also depends on those providers' own regional policies.
This page lists the countries and regions where the Service is offered. It is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service. If a country or region is not listed below, the Service is not currently available there. We may update this list at any time.
1. Where the Service Is Available
You may access and use the Service if you, and the entity on whose behalf you act, are located and resident in one of the following countries or regions.

Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Uzbekistan, Vietnam.
Europe
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine (excluding the regions listed in Section 2), United Kingdom, Vatican City.

This list is exhaustive. If your country or region does not appear above, the Service is not currently offered to you. If you believe your location should be supported, contact us at support@laobai.dev.
2. Excluded Jurisdictions
The Service is not available, and may not be accessed or used, in the following countries and regions. This applies regardless of your nationality, and we will not knowingly provide the Service to anyone located or resident in, or ordinarily acting from, these jurisdictions:
- Mainland China (the People's Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (DPRK)
- Syria
- The Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine.
We also do not offer the Service in any country or region not listed in Section 1 (for example, jurisdictions where access is restricted by the policies of our upstream AI providers, or where we are otherwise unable to provide the Service in compliance with applicable law).
3. Sanctions, Eligibility, and Ownership
By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are not located or resident in, and are not accessing the Service from, any excluded jurisdiction in Section 2;
- you are not an individual or entity identified on, or owned or controlled by a party on, any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list (including OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List or any equivalent list);
- you will not use the Service for, or transfer, re-export, or provide access to the Service to any person or destination prohibited by, applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
We reserve the right to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service to any person or entity — including one that is majority-owned or controlled by a government, person, or entity of an excluded or unlisted jurisdiction — where we determine, in our sole discretion, that providing the Service would be unlawful, restricted, or create undue compliance risk. We may use IP address, billing information, and other signals to enforce these restrictions, and we may block access that appears to originate from an excluded jurisdiction, including through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymizing method.
4. Changes to This List
We may add or remove countries and regions from this list at any time, including to reflect changes in law, sanctions designations, or upstream provider availability. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised.
